What is your return policy?
Any order that has been customized to fit your needs, or personalized can not be returned. The only exception is if their Is a flaw or defect, in which you have 3 Business days after receiving the item to ask for a return. To receive the return, you must send back the original item as well.
Are Tumblers Dishwasher and Microwave Safe?
The short answer is no, the get the longest life out of your tumbler I highly recommend hand washing them. The design is put onto the tumbler using heat and a dishwasher or microwave will cause the image on the tumbler to fade and overtime look dull. Care cards are sent out with each item.

What are the care instructions for Clothing?
it is recommend to wash the items inside out, do not use bleach, do not iron or dry clean. Tumble dry at low heat.For best results, hang dry the items. Care cards are sent out with each item in case it is a gift for someone.
